Defect or damage? We replace it — no hassle. If your order arrives defective, damaged, misprinted or is the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery — we'll reprint it or refund you, and you don't have to ship it back. Because everything is printed to order, we can't take returns for the wrong size or a change of mind — please check the size chart before you order.

WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

1. You order. Every product in this store is printed to order — nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. Your order goes into production within a few hours.

2. It's printed for you. Most orders are printed and shipped within 1–2 business days. A few pieces take longer — hoodies, shorts and hats can take up to about a week to ship.

3. It ships with tracking. Your order ships with a tracking number — watch for your shipping confirmation once it's on its way.

4. It arrives. The orders we've watched end to end arrived in under a week from the day they were placed. Delivery times vary with distance and carrier, and we'll never promise you a date we can't stand behind.
